shonai 10k race

did a 10k race in shonai park, nagoya, today. it was a nice course taking in 4 laps. it was a little crowded, however, as the path was fairly narrow and they were also running a 5k and 10mile race at the same time. that said it was a nice day, nice weather and a good result.

i managed to come in 3rd in the race (2nd in my age group) in 37minutes 27seconds.

rie ran 52minutes 41seconds.

we are both very happy!
