Day 20: 8.3 miles: 1 hour 1 minute
Final run of any decent length that I've got planned. Felt sore of course, but ok despite my quite fast run on Thursday. Rest now - just a couple of short jogs next week is the plan.

just a blog about a man who likes running. running fast, running slow, running alone, running with his wife, running uphill, running downhill, running in the sun, running in the snow... i am a tiger, a tiger running! now with the recent addition of a mini tiger to our family, running has taken a back seat but may be coming back in an effort to stop myself getting too fat and lazy!
