Day 13: 17.5 miles: 2 hours 4 mins
Did the same route as last weekend, but shaved over 8 minutes off the time. Wasn't trying to run any faster in particular and, in fact, it was pretty windy today. Knees felt pretty sore for the first couple of miles but once I got going they were fine so am hoping I'll be ok for the marathon.
