Day 10: 6.5 miles: 42 mins 22 secs
Started off planning to do a bit of a longer run, but ended up getting faster and faster until finishing around 6.15 minute mile pace. Felt good and knees not too sore.

just a blog about a man who likes running. running fast, running slow, running alone, running with his wife, running uphill, running downhill, running in the sun, running in the snow... i am a tiger, a tiger running! now with the recent addition of a mini tiger to our family, running has taken a back seat but may be coming back in an effort to stop myself getting too fat and lazy!
